American International College

American International College was founded on July 18, 1885 and was inaugurated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on September 18, 1885 with the purpose of educating international immigrants who came to America through New York.

That's where their commitment to diversity, flexibility, and understanding began. The immigrants came to America to pursue a dream and AIC was established to ensure their success.

Today AIC is a private institution located in the geographic center of Springfield, Massachusetts.

Now the students are from various races internationally. Which functioned as a liberal arts education. The college is organized into Business School, Arts and Sciences, Health Sciences (Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy); and the Graduate and Adult Education.

AIC is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification; Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education; Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education; Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.

American International College has received specialized accreditation for business programs through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).
