Capitol University of Technology established in 1927.

Capitol University of Technology is entering a new form in the 1950, the School expanded its reach into new programs in the field of electronics and engineering .

Next decade, enrollment increased and so did the program offers. In 1976 the Central American Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools accredits to the Capitol University of Technology, and the National Science Foundation provided funding for new instructional scientific equipment.

A master's degree was introduced in the 1990s. The campus began trying to reach business partnerships, such as NASA's summer program for minority students PREP and distance education Maryland.

In 2010, Capitol University of Technology launched the first doctoral program in the history of the college.

Doctoral guarantee that the information is designed to make students has good leadership quality.

Capitol University of Technology continues to attract the attention of government agencies and corporate partners. Through a partnership with NASA, Capitol offers academic programs in Astronautical engineering and practical training in the company Space Operations Institute.
